- 1Launch Hero Clash and complete up to stage 5-1 on the main Adventure tab.
- 2Tap on your Player Avatar (Profile Picture) located in the top-left corner of your screen.
- 3In your player profile menu, locate and tap the Exchange Code button.

- 5Tap the Exchange button to submit the code.

Troubleshooting Hero Clash Codes
Promo codes expire fast and have specific rules. Here's why your Hero Clash code might be throwing an error:
- The code has expired. Event codes and milestone codes tend to expire quickly — sometimes within hours. Try redeeming new codes as soon as they appear on our list to avoid missing out.
- Codes are case-sensitive. For Hero Clash, this game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
- Already redeemed. Codes are single-use. If you’ve redeemed a code before — even months ago — it’s permanently claimed on your account and can’t be used a second time.
- Reach level 5 and finish the tutorial. The code redemption menu doesn’t unlock until you complete the tutorial and reach at least level 5. Progress through the early game first, then try again.
- Platform or region mismatch. With versions on Android, iOS, not every code works across all platforms. Double-check that the code applies to the version you’re playing.
- Check your in-game mail. Some rewards are sent to your mailbox rather than added to your account instantly. Look for a notification icon or mail tab after redeeming.
- Restart the game. Idle and incremental games sometimes need a full restart for code rewards to show up. Close the app completely, reopen it, and check your balance.
- Game-specific issue. Must complete stage 5-1 to be able to redeem codes (can take 1hr+)
